I have created the Algerian Branch from Zero, starting by finding the Site, making all the administrative steps of the company build up, recruiting the people, building the offices and arranging the existing ones, developping the company and the business over 4 years. I am proud of having been able together with the 40 people that i have recruited, to reach double of the assigned objective of turn over every year, and double of the precedent year every year.

My job was to create a new direction : The Direction of Methods. The diection was not only created, but it also developped into a Technical Direction. The direction was in charge for the follow up of all methods and technical aspects of more than 40 running job sites , every job site was like hundereds of appartements building or similar size projects.

This is a construction company, wich had a huge quantity of differents types of formwork and scaffolding equipements, not managed and not organized the right way. My job was structure and orgnaize all this: - I have made all the inventories in an organized and structured way of millions of items - Created the procedures and the documentations and the management rules. - Developped a management Software for inventory, mouvements, stocks etc. (the software was made with DELPHI)
