Wahat Al- Zam Trading is a small and medium scale construction company specialising in construction, maintenance and allied services. Working directly under the supervision of the manager, I had: - Managed multiple construction projects simultaneously, keeping up with timelines, budgets, quality standards - Ensured safe handling and disposal of construction materials and debris - Fostered client servicing

- Overseen BD policies and maintained the CRM database - Held the end responsibility for all corporate strategies within the enitity - Represented the entity at the Annual International Congress 2017 in Colombia with delegates from 70+ countries

- Observed a team of 70+ members, monitoring their overall development through training and membership experience evaluation - Organised multiple assessment centers for member recruitment and onboarding - Conducted webinars for members to facilitate their education and training

Green Oman is a volunteering project based upon the theme “Reducing by Re-using & Recycling”, which aims to address the environmental issues in Oman. Some highlights as the lead of the project include: - Raised 1000 OMR (approx. 2500 Euros) and other logistical support in the scope of CSR - Organised a 3-day awareness campaign at a mall featuring green solutions and products - Facilitated research and activities with the leading environmental NGO of Oman (Environment Society of Oman)
