During my time as P&I Consultant I was Project Manager for a profitability project which aim was to have detailed information on profitability and in which area the most costs are, all of that broken down to customer- and product level. Besides that I was supporting the Roll-out of a global Business Intelligence System with focus on Sales, Order entry, Backlog and Inventory.
