- Expert for group accounting and consolidation - Preparation of the consolidated financial statements under IFRS of OMV Group (monthly, quarterly and year-end) - Responsibility for selected accounting topics as well as balance sheet, income statement and cash flow items together with the preparation of disclosures and related internal and external reports - Direct contact for group auditors for ad-hoc issues and selected topics and support of other departments

- Managing the process of the annual and semi-annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS, as required. - Ensuring all information relevant to financial reporting was provided for inclusion in Board packs for presentation to the Directors. - Reviewing and updating proforma financial statements in line with updated accounting policies and client specific requirements. - Coordinating the scheduling of the year end timetable with internal departments, clients and auditor’s.

- Completion of the planning analysis, risk identification and risk analysis for audit engagements - Setting up the required audit software tool for the various stages of the audit including risk analysis, planning, controls testing, fieldwork, completion and reporting packages. - Preparation and monitoring of budgets and timetables - Preparing group and client reporting packages

- Undertaking planning analysis and risk identification for audit engagements - Assessing the effectiveness of client processes and controls, and adding value through the recommendation of improvements where weaknesses are identified - Budget preparation and monitoring - Preparing group and client reporting - Supervising and coaching audit team members, including reviewing their work
