 Reporting of country action plans, production requirements, KPI analysis, quality and customer management data.  Provide monthly financial forecasting & reporting, including variances, statement of activities, budgets to support corrective measures of improvement  Develop and maintain relationships with clients, financial institutions, and business partners.  Supervision of team, setting goals and implement technical training when required.

 Reporting of monthly and yearly financial reports to Asia Pacific HQ to aid strategic decision making.  Development and implementation of intercompany entities process structure and unified data update from entity to FSS.  Support the commercial and management team with insights, business analysis and recommendations on projects.  Review and evaluate financial programs and enable joined up decision making process when undertaking of improved and implementation of new projects.

 Assist in the development of plans and strategy for efficient project completion.  Record and analyze commercial terms & condition with clients developing value chain & pricing models.  Manage distributors to achieve business plan by conducting monthly meetings, securing desired level of support and adequate number of sales representative.
