The program supports Central Banks and large Public Pension Funds in over 60 countries around the globe in asset management. The program provides structured advice and training on the full gammit of know how needed for asset management, from strategic asset allocation to risk management and accounting.

I worked for over 20 years at the IMF. Key contributions: + developing the Medium Term Debt Management Strategy program used in over 60 countries. + assessing countries' vulnerabilities for crises, including templates of risk indicators used by country teams, + developing a methodology to assess and monitor the minimum level of international reserves a country should keep + key contributor to international standards.
