Joined to manage a large scale recruitment strategy to attract the best talent across Global Corporate Banking/Global Product Solutions. I lead perm recruitment across Global Markets Technology (GMT) covering Rates & Currencies, Commodities, Credit, Equities, E-Trading, Architecture & Strategy, Sales & Research and Operations. Acted as the first point of contact for all GMT hiring in London. Involved in direct delivery as well as overseeing internal, referral, temp-perm and agency hires.

Recruited IT professionals across Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Banking. Initially joined and assisted with the smooth running of the Front Office Team until finally joining the IT Desk. Managed the full recruitment lifecycle process within CS IT for both contract and permenant hires. Partnered with senior management throughout IT in order to understand their requirements, successfully target strong candidates and helped build market leading teams in a time and cost effective manner.
