Verifying the proper certification of joining crew in accordance with the regulatory and flag state requirements. Reviewing procedures for payments to seamen / cash to Master / transfer to vessels. Reviewing crew payroll and crew salary statistics. Arranging travel and accommodation for on- and off-signing crew. Detecting vacant positions and approaching manning agencies for suitable candidates. Recruiting and assigning seafarers in accordance with applicable procedures.
