- Receiving orders and checking documents for accuracy - Managing the complete ordering process beginning with the Origin Service (EXW), booking the freight with the origin agent and following through until delivery incl. customs clearance and haulage - Creating official transport documents and invoice summaries via specific CEVA forwarding software - Advising and providing customer support regarding products and services

- Responsible for steering of Overseas relocation (door-door) tenders including analysing and preparing concepts and respective offers to our customers - Coordination of all external parties like workman, painter, carpenter, maid service etc. - Responsible for final customer solution / concept etc. - Operations (Door – Door Relocation Service) - Calculating offers to Customers and define/calculate the profit - Responsible for book keeping tasks, (invoicing, transferring) - Claims settlement

- Dispatching of incoming and outcoming goods for our warehouse - Operations (Warehouse, storage and packaging services) - Responsible for steering of storage & packing service tenders including analysing and preparing concepts and respective offers to our customers - Responsible for book keeping tasks, (invoicing, transferring)
