All aspects of plant controlling (budgeting, forecasting, reporting) for a plastic molding facility with $32’ in internal and external sales. Divesting of ALCS product line ($12’ in sales). Restructuring / rightsizing project work (30% headcount reduction, sale & lease back of building, transformation from stand alone plant in PMC division into cost center of Automotive division, completion of closure of former wire plant at same location)

Divisional planning and reporting for Precision Materials and Components division consisting of 12 domestic factories and 4 international locations. Preparation of presentations , monthly financial closing and consolidation of all locations, factory reporting and projects like Siemens Chart of Accounts conversion. During 2007, finance project coordinator for merging PMC’s 12 domestic locations with 6 different divisions due to organizational restructuring.

Assist with all OSRAM plant controlling tasks. Activities include regular fiscal year and month end closings, divisional and plant reporting, financial analysis of budget and actual data, product costing, product evaluation, investment evaluation, outsourcing evaluation, benchmarking, SAP project Europe 2005 involvement (FICO, CO-PC, CA-TS, PM).
