I am are part of that global distributed team, coordinating all requested service improvements to ensure implementation of optimization changes for an improved operational efficiency, quality, service, and profitability. As a Global Service Improvement Coordinator I acted as a connector between GEUSO/CIS/GIS management, technical teams and service design teams, supports and manages with technical expertise, organization for all service improvements requested for the different services.
