As Area Product Owner in an AGILE organization I delivered SW features above average pace. I coordinated the functional portfolio for WCDMA RBS configuration SW, the transition of SW support for a new platform and coordinated the market launch on time with very good field performance. Currently I am coordinating the small cell portfolio for WCDMA RAN SW, analyzing the market for MTC utilizing WCDMA carriers, driving a global program for Narrow Band IoT trials and an e2e product improvement program.

Program lead of an international engineering team at sites in Sweden, Canada and China to provide early e2e interoperability test of mobile terminals towards radio access networks.

Chairman of an international work group with representatives from over 40 different Telecom companies (equipment vendors, operators, test tool manufacturers...) to provide interoperability test results with commercial platforms to proof LTE/SAE's capabilities and maturity. Presentation of results on international venues, i.e. Mobile World Congress 2010.

Manager of a team of 12 up to 20+ employees and consultants with total design responsibility for several SW platforms used in WCDMA Radio Base Stations.

Project Manager for development of SW & HW platforms in WCDMA Radio Base Stations. The entire project was outsourced to external suppliers with expert competence in i.e. embedded systems. Only system competence and configuration management was kept in-house. The project was also a company pilot in sourcing of R&D projects. The run cost was decreased compared to in-house development while quality was increased by applying quality assurance methods.
