Durch die qualifizierte Auswahl und Weiterentwicklung der Filialleiter und stellvertretenden Filialleiter in meinem Bezirk, stelle ich die Umsetzung der Konzepte im Wettbewerbsumfeld unter Betrachtung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und dem Aspekt der Wirtschaftlichkeit sicher. In meinem Bezirk sorge ich durch regelmäßige Kennzahlen- und Prozessanalysen für eine positive Weiterentwicklung der Filialen.

I am in constant customer contact before, during and after the exhibition and individually consult our clients on all matters regarding the transport and storage of their goods. All our exhibitions are centrally managed through our headquarters at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham (UK). During the show I am on-site to ensure a smooth execution.

As a Student Consultant at Capgemini Consulting I am part of a team of consultants helping to communicate recent organizational-wide changes to the client`s employees and to qualify higher management. We are responsible for a diverse set of communication concepts ranging from basic mass communication, such as an internal newsletter, to highly target specific communication. An intereseting aspect of the project is the close work with higher management and the influence of company policy.

At the AachenMünchener Verischerung AG I was responsible for the action and budget planning for 2015. The goal is to combine software development and business strategy in the most economic way. With regard to the action pre-prioritization I created, in collaboration with relevant projekt managers and controllers, cost-benefit analysis, cost-cases and risk analysis in the department Productmanagement - Automotive.

I was involved in storage management, loading scheduling and delivery services on site venue.
