Co-Founder of Dynamics Experts in April 2010. I am responsible for the Sales and Marketing, and all sourcing / recruitment. My role is to ensure all of our Projects are delivered successfully with the best resources available. We are an independent team of World Class Dynamics Specialists, consisting of Developers, Consultants, Project Managers and Architects in all modules of Dynamics.

International Recruiter with market specialism of Microsoft Technologies and the Microsoft Dynamics suite (Dynamics AX / Axapta, Dynamics NAV / Navision, Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Great Plains). My core expertise is Microsoft Dynamics Recruitment in Denmark. Also recruit in Germany, and other EU countries.

Hired by Microsoft directly to manage the Recruitment for Microsoft Denmark (MDCC). I had total resonsibility for the all of 50+ open vacancies. Recruited for Micrsoft Dynamics AX and NAV. Technical skills we targeted was Object Orientated Development, C, C++, C# and Java. Identified the best methods for enhancing the Microsoft name in DK, and the best methods for attracting candidates globally. Held recruitment events in Scandinavia and Ukraine.

Based at the Docklands Technical Centre (DTC), I managed all of the positions at this 300+ site. Majority of the positions were Development and Project Managers, C++, C#. I was also involved in arranging recuitment days, and I was involved in all face to face interviews for Reuters.

Managed all of the UK Contract Recruitment. Looking after 60 Contractors, and had 10 open positions per month. Responsible for the Vendor Mangement, and ensured all contract positions were filled in a timely manner. I was also accountable for all of the non IT vacancies, ranging from Project Co-ordinator to Fully Qualified Accountants.

Started my recruitment career as a Resourcer within the Managed Accounts team at Mortimer Spinks in Mayfair. I worked my way up to Junior Account Manager, and enjoyed good success, placing approximately 5 candidates a month, and generating revenue in 2004 of over £200,000.00. I enjoyed recruiting into large corporate companies, and decided to move to onsite recruitment, and left Mortimer Spinks for a contract role at Axon (SAP Company in Egham, Surrey).
