Deep Tunnel Sewerage System Phase 2 (DTSS2), Singapore 12 km long deep sewage tunnel varies with a diameter of 3.5m & 6m including 14 shafts with a depth up to 70m. Value of S$ 500 million.

Manage 33km of tunnel finishing - including dismantling works, invert concrete construction and handover to systems contractor and client. Construction head for 4 emergency exit shafts (depth 40m), including service rooms and pop-up structure.

Responsible for the construction of 32 tunnel cross passages which run along the entire Metro Line. The construction method used is New Austrian Tunnel Method (NATM).

Manager of precast factory, producing 128,000 tunnel segments (200,000m3 concrete) for the full length of the Green Line.

Design and construction coordination of a switchbox - a three level, 10.000m2 area structure containing the tracks between two metro lines, including escape walkways.

Supervise and coordinate tunnel-boring machine (TBM) works containing a hydro shield (slurry shield).

Manage and supervise main sub-contractor works for a combination of 13 bridges and retaining walls extending throughout 7km of track work, majority bordering a national railway corridor. Budget is £18 million.

Supervised sub-contractors over 3.5km of roadway, among live traffic, including side / slip roads. With a value of £21 million, the section included specialised works such as retaining walls and ground improvement works.

Road & Earthworks supervisor for the southern and western connectors. Oversaw outstanding works with a contract value of CAD$26 million.
