Currently I am a PhD student at the Max-Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics in Tübingen working with a so called cablerobot. Cablerobots are a special type of systems that use cables in a parallel structure to move a platform in Cartesian space.. In my work I focus on control and modelling techniques for vibration surpression and friction compensation.

During my master thesis at Stihl in Waiblingen, I investigate a thermodynamic model for heat transfer in a piston. A comparison with experimental data showed agreement with the prediction of developed model.
