Overseeing the professional growth of twelve engineers, serving as the primary escalation point for projects, fostering key client relationships, and advocating the team perspectives within internal projects.

Over six years, I led the transformation of our IT infrastructure from fragmented legacy systems to a modern, global platform. This included introducing a unified Active Directory, building virtualized data center environments with SAN, rolling out SD-WAN and network segmentation in all locations, and establishing shared processes across 12 countries.
