Contribute to the cross-site strategic direction of Infineon's Front-End manufacturing network and support manufacturing sites in translating long-term strategy into executable plans. Lead cross-site projects within the function and align strategic priorities across manufacturing locations and central stakeholders. Develop long-term capacity and strategic planning scenarios and support execution of strategic initiatives across the Front-End network.

Managed strategic wide-bandgap technology capacity and investment initiatives with high investment volumes. Responsible for the investment process from budget application and approval preparation through budget management to execution of individual capacity ramp-up steps. Led cross-functional project teams and coordinated technical, operational and business stakeholders. Managed budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies and developed investment and capacity scenarios for management decisions.

Responsible for capacity planning of the complete equipment base across assigned manufacturing areas, covering more than 100 production tools. Planning scope included CVD, PVD, Epitaxy, Rear Side Processing and Press Assembly; developed capacity scenarios and translated future demand into equipment and investment requirements.

Analyzed and resolved product and process quality issues in close cooperation with production and technical functions.

Supported quality management, data analysis, process documentation and continuous improvement activities.
