Der Global Tractor Systems Engineering Lead ist für die Entwicklung der Systems - und Requirements Engineering Strategie und deren Einführung für die gesamte weltweite Traktorplattform verantwortlich. Er vertritt die globale Traktorplattform in allen Systems Engineering Initiativen im gesamten Unternehmen und nach außen. Weiterhin arbeitet er eng mit den Systems Engineers der einzelnen Traktorentwicklungszentren zusammen und ist für ein Trainings- und Coaching Konzept zuständig.

Global systems engineer suspension systems for glopal tractor plattform 4series to 9series, respectively utility, mid and large tractor.

Multi body modeling for ride & handling and comfort evaluation and for load data generation. Finite element analysis and fatigue life prediction based on measured or simulated loads and applications. Simulations of complete tractor down to assemblies and parts.

Responsibility for the business unit motion technologies. This covered especially the coupling of multi body simulation, finite element analysis and fatigue life prediction for early simulations of durability and fatigue life behavior of complex mechanism. Interfacing between customer base (automotive, aerospace and general engineering) and organisation, especially tool development.
