EMEA RM Business Development focuses on continuous improvement of the service delivery of EMEA RM. The role carries end-to-end responsibility from design to implementation of changes. This includes leading & executing change initiatives, accountability of the EMEA staffing process, identification of possible efficiency & data quality improvements through mobilizing cross line management teams.

Collaboration, alignment and information exchange between Cluster DACH and EMEA Delivery Management regarding Project Portfolio of Germany, Austria and Switzerland: Resonsibilities include analysis of remote delivery share/services and trigger activities to increase.

Setup, drive and monitor execution to increase integrated service delivery, establish relationship with global delivery, drive escalations. Interface to EMEA Consulting Delivery Organization: responsibilities include management support for training rollouts, rollout of methods and tools (e.g. project management, ressourcemanagement) to the DACH business organization.

Responsibilities include: managing skill-balancing project, collaboration with other SAP units (de-escalations), facilitation (strategy workshops and kick-offs (up to 500 people). Information gathering to supporting decision making processes. EMEA PM during Business Objects Integration; initialization of PM Community in technology consulting division, execution of QA/Project reviews, PM Trainer; Oil&Gas PM managing US engangment completly remote (includes management of scope/change requests, risks, issues)

developer, database admin, technical PM, PM at international, technology agnostic system integrator; full life cycle implementation projects (mostly fix time / fix price engagements); project de-escalations; supporting methodology and management processes in projects, performing quality assurance activities, coach / trainer for project managers and project teams.

Part of the Scient team to bootstrap its new Munich office. Involved in recruiting and marketing initiatives as well as defining competitive compensation packages. Tasks include representation of Scients’ project management expertise in sales meetings as well as interface between finance department in San Francisco headquater and local tax authorities.
