Department of Dermatology - main emphasis: molecular and cellular biology, immunohistochemistry, generation of transgenic mice, cloning and expression of murine proteins in mammalian cells, including primary epidermal cultures, use of light and fluorescence microscopy, biochemistry, PCR, qRT-PCR.
