Managed general accounting functions, including AR/AP, payroll, PAYE/VAT claims, account reconciliation, auditing, closing procedures, and cash management. Administered financial management systems, evaluating, and integrating new applications.

Assisted in the preparation of financial reports. Managed outsourced accountants for all firms in Germany, USA & UK. Carried out internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency/accuracy. Developed the AR / AP, late payment processing, and credit collections processes within internal systems
