Founded and oversaw all areas of international 501c3 organization networked with the World Youth Alliance. Primary activities included lobbying, writing policy statements on domestic and international issues, directing organization structure and vision and writing and placing editorial pieces.

Created and implemented the GOP-TV marketing strategy that the Washington Post credited for playing a significant role in the historic 1994 GOP sweep. Tripled desired marketing goal in half the projected time.
