Part of the Platform team that delivers highly available and scalable RESTful microservices. The team’s primary focus is providing security and authentication services to the entire bank.

Adding and maintaining currently functionality to bill Discovery members.

Delivered various projects, specifically the Vitality Fitness Assessment that allow Biokineticists to capture assessments for visiting members, as well as making security enhancements to the Vitality Wellness Days Android app, whereby members can capture their health attributes on Wellness Days. Lastly I have also worked on the new Online Pregnancy Assessment & Kids Vitality Health Review, that also allow members to capture health attributes whilst they are pregnant, or that of their children.

Part of a dynamic team that constantly adds to, expands on, maintains and supports old and new functionality on FNB’s Internet Banking Website, whether via the back-end and/or the front-end, through the implementation of business logic and the use of a structured MVC methodology to navigate the clients through the Internet Banking website.

Given ownership of the Straight Through Payments (STP) processing engine, as due diligence was shown for being a fast leaner, to develop and maintain new and existing functionality, which is used to validate and process High-Care local and international interbank and third party Swift Payments in the back-end.

Developed and supported various successful interactive Home Loans Contact Centre Applications on the telephony side for the customer and the front-end side for the front-line call centre agents, integrating both for a full end-to-end customer experience. If customers could not successfully complete their queries via the automated call centre, then they would be directed to a front-line call centre agent who assists further.

Developed, maintained, designed and implemented functionality on PeopleWorks24's RAD software development environment. The software delivers Human Resource management capabilities to its customers in a unique way via a web based application.
