Medex Assistance Corporation works on behalf of many different insurance companies assisting travelers with medical and other emergencies while away from home. In my role. case work is mainly foucesd on dealing with political unrest and managing emergency evacuations if the severity of illness dictates the need to transport. In my function as a team leader I supervise a team of about 6 people.

started as night auditor and in time got promoted to Night Shift Supervisor responsible for all operations of the house during the night time. In my function I was responsible all night audit procedures as well as the correct performance of my team in both areas, the technical handling of the night audit on the one side as well as the delivering of outstanding customer service. In the absence of a night managare I was also responsible for the security, housekeeping and all other issues that might arise.
