Main focus:. ▪ SME for Solar Cell Stringing Process during NPI Activity (Jabil Global) for different customers ▪ Evaluation of new equipment (Stringing, Lamination, Glass washing) ▪ Planning and execution of FAT and SAT of the equipment (Jabil Global) ▪ Global support for cell soldering (stringing) in Poland, Mexico and Asia ▪ Preparation/Creation of work instructions and process flows ▪ Process and know how transfer to other Jabil plants ▪ Travelling app. 70% (main office Poland)

Main focus: ▪ Preparation/Creation of work instructions and process flows ▪ Trainer for Reflow Soldering and ACF Bonding ▪ Execution of CAC (Corrective Action Committee) ▪ Evaluation of new equipment ▪ Execution of FMEA’s ▪ Lead Engineer during ACF camera bonding process development (Nokia) ▪ Process transfer to other Jabil plants (e.g. ACF Process from Vienna to Hungary, Ukraine and China) ▪ SMT Lead Engineer for global NPI activities for Nokia (Mobiles) within Jabil and Nokia.

Main focus: ▪ Preparation/Creation of work instructions and process flows ▪ Trainer for Reflow Soldering and ACF Bonding ▪ Execution of CAC (Corrective Action Committee) ▪ Evaluation of new equipment ▪ Execution of FMEA’s ▪ Process transfer to other Philips plants (Poland Belgium and Mexico) ▪ Collaboration during development of global Philips process guidelines (SMT) ▪ Preventive and curative maintenance ▪ Improvement of product and process quality
