- Implemented lean management techniques to streamline worker and factory efficiency - Discovered and adjusted inefficient patterns in resourcing, as well as human and system errors - Reorganized Kanban scheduling system to improve efficiency, thus removing excess or outdated materials and SKUs - Reorganized worker stations to reflect intuitively what was used in each step of line process - Identified communication and Control Loop issues which were leading to shortages on work floor

- Constructed a customized tool to weld large panels during the shipbuilding process - Managed electronic task and project management system for the shipyard assembly line, while eliminating bottlenecks - Tracked missing parts in interim storage depot and verified them against inventory
