Responsible for the upstream capacity securization for bought-out parts (BOP) for the Entry Range scope (>1M cars per year). This includes all the supply chain (Tier 1 and further). The action plan buildings can be very wide to minimize the overcosts : supplier yield efficiency optimization, supplier overtime management, resourcing, special transportations, plant programmation optimization,... (savings >5M€)

In Bucarest (Romania) Customer quality Management of DACIA (worldwide) and of Renault Russia. Interface between the DACIA plants, engineering (all the divisions), after-sales, sales and services, repairings. Represent the final Customer in the society. 4 plants animation (Romania, Morocco (2), Russia) and indirectly 6 others (Brasil, Colombia, Iran (2), India, South Africa). 2011 Quality Plan building and follow-up on Entry Range (WW) Quality responsible for the "Duster" launching in Europe
