Cooperation with the engineers' teams of Orange and Weinmann in France and in Germany, implementation of a pilot phase, launch, training and following-up of the first customers (home care providers).

Management of 7 regional sale's managers on the french territory. Implementation of the national strategy and regional goals in the field of medical devices. Focus on 2 targets : home care providers and sleep specialists especially pulmologists. Member of the french board.

Marketing budget organization, marketing strategy management, continuous market analyse with focus on home care providers, physicians and competitors, launch of new products, french scientific board creation , sale's team training, customers support , management of a diagnostic engineer.

Launch, demonstration, training and installation of Weinmann's first polysomnograph in cooperation with the german specialists : the SOMNOlab. Focus on public and private sleep laboratories. Function cumulated with sale's manger West-France for 2 years.

Sale of polygraphs to hospitals and private physicians, sale of respiratory treatment's devices to home care providers, sale of compact ventilators to emergency departments and intensive care units inside hospitals plus the regional fire brigades' organizations.
