Carry out credit analyses/opinions for physical and financial transactions on gas, power and emissions markets with a particular focus on German counterparties (Airlines are part of the portfolio). Strong collaboration with traders/marketers. Negotiation of credit provisions in the contracts (Gas delivery agreement, ISDA, EFET, DRV, IETA). Development of internal tools to monitor/report exposures

Conduct credit analyses for existing/new SGCIB commodity clients including a thoroughly study of the company, its financial structure and the market environment. Recommendation on the requested transactions and resulting potential future exposure. Assessment of ratings for internal use. Specialization on German speaking entities. Focus on various Commodity markets (Oil & Gas, Base Metals, Precious Metals, CO2, etc...) and different client types (producers, consumers, traders)

Development of the voluntary carbon market activity (Sales prospecting, Participation in client meetings and pitches)

CO2 emissions market internship. Involvement in marketing activities, with a focus on Germany (sales prospecting). Participation in client meetings. Establishment of counterparties credit lines, monitoring and reporting of exposure. Review and revision of marketing materials
