Funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), Baden Württemberg and Bayern, my main focus is on the area of transformation management in the sub-projects of digital maturity models and VR/AR technologies

Funded by the Ministry of Science and Culture (MWK) and European Social Fonds (ESF), I am member of the project "Modulare Weiterbildung zu High Performance Computing - MoeWE". Mainly responsible for the development and implementation of the program's corporate communication strategy. Additionally, I support the development of the blended learning modules.

Funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), I am mainly responsible for researching and improving module designs based on technology-enhanced learning theories for the School of Advanced Professional Studies (SAPS), a continual education studies for adult learners in blended learning environments. Leading didactic workshops based on multimedia learning theories for the professors and tutors. Conducting seminars on social dimensions of working and learning in groups.
