Responsibilities will include the drafting of subdivision layouts, construction drawings, preliminary plot layouts, and infrastructure drawing details. Drafting details include redlines, as-built, survey drafting, land plats, plan and profiles, curb and gutter, elevations and grading, utility layout (water, sewer, storm drain), and roadways Prepare rough grade, precise grade & improvement plan sets. Responsible for the production of storm drain, bulk grading and project plan sets. Prepare or assist in the preparation of construction documents, details, schedules or reports. Manage files and directories and interoffice transfer of drawing files. Coordinate drafting among design team while acting as chief liaison between drafting team and engineers.
