Planned, organized, budgeted, marketed and managed workshop program with various dermatological and venereological themes for annual congress; grew the program from 2 to 12 workshops.

Provided expediting consultancy of metal forges in northern Italy and induction bending facilities in Scotland for petrochemical industry. Provided clients a comprehensive review of the exact current status of their order and an educated projection of the future planning and status. Identified possible problems and bottlenecks that could lead to potential delays through basic production control, packing/transport survey, and project management.

Verified arrears status of drug application submissions for compliance with the Animal Drug User Fee Act; administratively processed drug applications. Served as working group leader to develop standard operating procedures and training modules for various projects. Performed administrative functions for drug sponsor name and address changes, transfers between sponsors, and Federal Register updates. Reviewed office policy and procedure guides. Managed two interns who assisted in various projects.

Created a working group to coordinate support staff between divisions; served as the working group leader to liaison between employees and the Office Director. Set up standard operating procedures and standardized processes for the office. Performed quality assurance data reviews for safety, effectiveness, and labeling technical sections of animal drug applications. Wrote technical review documents indicating review findings. Assisted with inspections of animal study sites with FDA field investigators.

Developed and executed mosquito monitoring program in five National Parks for West Nile Virus surveillance. Collaborated with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Department of Defense (DOD), the Public Health Service, two state governments, and the public. Identified, recorded, and mapped over 290 kilometers of mosquito habitat.
