Providing supply chain management consultancy to client Elektrisola (M) Sdn Bhd 1) Standardization in enabling customization: Developed standardization model for products and processes to reduce complexity and cut down costs, while maintaining high level of products customization. 2) Enhancing production planning tool to align demand and supply in maximizing production capacity, minimizing inventory risk, and reducing production change-over. Creating algorithm to guide production planning.

Developed and implemented strategic supply chain operating models and driving process excellence to support the regional sales and operations in a responsive and agile demanding environment within the automotive and high-end electronic supply industries. Responsible for the supply chain department at the Malaysian plant of 1000 employees; this includes demand forecasting, production planning, materials management, strategic sourcing & procurement, logistics, warehouse & inventory management.

As project engineer responsible in tendering construction project: Prepared construction project tender proposal. This covered screening through structural design and technical requirement, verifying contract terms and conditions, planning work sequence and resources, conducting risk analysis, calculating project costing and finalizing project price proposal. Designing and calculating engineering structure for alternative proposal in project tendering. Largest awarded porject, USD 35 Million.
