I am supporting HP’s LeftHand Networks line of SAN storage products including NSM2120, P4300, P4500, P4800 and the new P4900. I provide support for host so-ware (LINUX, ESX(i) and Windows), switch configurations, iLo, Virtual Connect, and SAN/iQ.

Provided support to Mission Critical customers with a wide range of HP storage devices including Enterprise Virtual Arrays (EVA), Modular Smart Array (MSA), Network Attached Storage (NAS), and a variety of Tape Storage (ESL, MSL, etc.).

This job was located inDulce, NM on the Jicarilla Apache Reservation. Sites included: DulceSchools, Behavioral Health, the Utility Authority, the Police Dept and the Supermarket. My role was to plan, design, develop, and launch information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions, apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.

Maintained all day to day operations of the branch’s E-Commerce site. Duties included site design, database management, market research, server (Fedora, Win2003SBS) and client maintenance, purchasing, PayPal and eBay monitoring, shipping and “other duties as assigned”.
