• Providing accurate renewals quotes for storage & back up products across EMEA region, by working closely with renewals sales representatives and interacting with internal organizations such as install base group, global revenue operations, and maintenance contract operations • Preparing and delivering the quotes with the assistance of Salesforce, Tableau, SAP ECC, Oracle 11i and Microsoft office
