As a working student I created management reports and presentations based on KPIs using SAP, Blue Planet, SharePoint, SQL Reporting. In addition, I published info letters for the global finance community, and assisted with bank account standardization projects in G/L Accounting department.

I implemented deal flow process between Sales, Administrative Support and Finance Department to same day finance decisions, average of 1.5-day floor plan payoff. I interviewed customers collecting necessary underwriting data to leverage the best credit terms (finance product, term, rate, down payment). As a result, I Increased finance penetration for the dealership from 20% to 47% resulting in $360K increase in finance profit/year and closed $4M of business a month.

I was a freelance Brand Ambassador for Bright Farms (Hydroponic Greenhouses) and Keurig to increase brand awareness and sales through product presentations and samplings.

I underwrote loan and relief proposals to management and investors for dealers in all 50 states, based on commercial and personal bureaus, ratio, P&L, cash flow, and trending analysis, also receivables turnover. I revitalized over 200 distressed loans/leases with approval rate of 98%. I was responsible for the proper execution of all customer name changes and worked closely with tax, titles, OEM pricing and investors.

I was a relationship manager and credit analyst for the North East region of the US for Volvo/Mack Truck and Construction channels with $500,000 of authority with deals up to $4M. My primary responsibilities were to underwrite deals quickly and accurately while mitigating risk, to negotiate deal structures and to win deals to increase VFS market share and product finance penetration within the Volvo Dealer Network. In 2016, I finalized over 1,000 loans and leases in the amount of $240M.

Civitan International's first YP Club designed to provide community service and networking opportunities for young professionals aged 21 to 35 in Greensboro, North Carolina. I was responsible for recruitment and increased membership from 14 members to 31 members, also I planned social events and volunteer for the club for member engagement and created partnerships with companies and other non profit organizations.

Completed a 12 month development program with a focus on field audit, credit, sales, and marketing.

As an intern I performed financial and operational production planning for 8 departments, created financial KPIs, and ensured achievement of company goals, led a plant-wide vehicle inventory. In addition, I analyzed operational expenses and designed efficiency improvements for a $446 million budget.

The program brings together students from different cultural backgrounds to develop a shared understanding of the complex interactions that take place in the global economy with pursuit of sustainable business strategies.
