Serving as a Board Director (2009-2011), and a committee member (2011-2016) at the California Association of Realtors (CAR) representing Central Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR) and Region 7.

As a realtor I help buyers, sellers, and investors with their real estate needs throughout the central valley in California. And as a Trainer, I help and train realtors within and outside the company.

Serving as the president and interim Association Executive as well as the chairman of the board for the Central Valley Association of Realtor supporting over 1800 members.

Provided mentoring, direction and managed the day-to-day operations of the technical support department. Responsibilities included: ensuring timely, accurate, quality responses to customer requests; handle customer escalation; monitor individual and department goal setting; performance appraisals; budget management and career coaching. Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by proactively working with customers, development, QA, technical publication, in addition to marketing and sales.
