Mr. Clabots was CIO for Carlson Marketing Group (CMG), a part of Carlson Companies. During his tenure Mr. Clabots led the consolidation of the IT function at CMG from a set of five IT Groups globally to a single common shared service. In addition Mr. Clabots led the implementation of an SOA and SAAS approach. In 2005 Mr. Clabots was named by CIO Magazine as one of the Bold 100 CIO’s for the innovative use of Service based technology and organizational innovation by CIO Magazine .
