• Managing administrative work related to meeting rooms, stationery, team building, etc. • Gathering information and preparing materials for presentations • Maintaining and updating the databank of employees and vendors • Supporting the team on on-boarding process, intercultural activities, language courses, housing, children's schooling, etc. for global assigned employees • Checking and following up contracts of all the Daimler divisions in China with vendors • Communicating with other departments
