Ciara Hendrickson

For the past three productions, I have managed backstage for a cast of five to thirty. I must be organized, and use my professional communication skills to facilitate the best possible show with the director, producer, actors, and stage crew.

I currently teach children and adults English. From a kindergarten to a business setting, I maintain my professionalism and tailor each lesson to meet to needs of the students.

As a dance teacher for ages 3- adult, I designed each class to inspire and encourage students to meet and exceed their dance aspirations. Through my actions I represented a positive work environment for the entire DFJ staff and students.

As one of the two CRG interns, I managed many different corporate events and tasks at once. I defined my professional skill set, while focusing on large corporate events through hands-on office and on-site experience. I maintained a calm presence in stressful situations, with staff and clients on or off site.

At Steven Moore Designs, I constantly adapted to an evolving work environment with poise. At every interaction, I optimized the time of the designer and clients. To gain positive experience of private events, I balanced high energy with consistent excellent customer service during extended work days.
