Intially hired as a graphics operator on Gala TV, an 8 hour daily live gaming broadcast produced by Endemol. Promoted to assistant vision mixer/director and also set up small promo editing & motion graphics department to which gave us the capability to create stings, idents and info VTs, make After Effects templates for daily VTs, direct & edit studio shoots and more, all in-house instead of paying for outside companies to do it.
