Managed the Change Request process for our product, which is the core application in the telecom sector and developed for Videotron (https://videotron.com/). The customer is located in Canada/ Montreal.

Supported the sales process for getting this project and took part in the pre-sales workshops to understand customers' needs correctly and to define product features.
