I am responsible for building an overseas sales team from the ground up and expanding our global international business.

My role: 1. Led a team of 6 to improve talent development, boosting customer acquisition and retention. 2. Developed strategies to expand the customer base, securing key accounts/partnerships. 3. Conducted market research to identify opportunities. 4. Monitored performance, maintained inventory levels, and managed sales forecasting and supply chain campaigns. 5. Partnered with cross-functional teams to drive sales and achieve goals. Conducted end-to-end product lifecycle management.

1. Developed new customers through offline exhibitions, Alibaba, LinkedIn, and Google. Achieved sales of 5M in 2016, and 8M in 2017. 2. Skilled in contract negotiation and identifying customer pain points. Closed a deal worth 300K at an exhibition within 3 months. 3. Managed follow-up, production, and shipping. 4. Coordinated customer visits to the factory and managed customer complaints and responses. 5. Assisted in building the marketing center team in the urban area.
