As a part of the business development team, I was responsible for the lead-to-customer conversion process. To that end, I engaged with existing and new business partners, generated and converted leads, and performed industry analysis to detect potential business opportunities. In addition, I worked closely with product owners to provide customer feedback and help improve the product based upon market needs and demands.
I was responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their technical and business needs and identifying how AI and Big Data products and services could meet their needs. I worked closely with prospects to understand their specific situation and design proposals according to their needs. I continuously monitored ongoing projects and maintained close relationships with the clients to ensure optimal execution. In addition, worked closely with cross-functional teams to provide client feedback.
