• Season planning of Raw Sugar Cane container stuffing; • Developing control plans regarding Pricing raw sugar on futures contract #11 on New York Stock Exchange; • Managing the customer’s payment flow; • Managing all Import and Export operations; • Suppliers payment control, and currency negotiation with local banks; • Purchase and payment control of Cotton bales.

• Developing and implementing international sales strategies; • Managing all export operations; • Elaborating the annual sales targets with regular performance reviews; • Measurement and presentation of KPIs; • Managing International Fairs and Exhibitions: Planning, promotion, stand organization, logistics, staff training, local market research, closing reports;

• Event management: organization of national and international logistics Fairs and Events; • Coordination of the giveaways supply: stock control; purchasing; clients, employees and subsidiary distribution;

• Establishing and managing the B2B Company’s International Business Department; • Responsible of all Export and Import operations (approx. 30 countries); • Responsible for the whole process of International Fairs and Exhibitions;
