I ensure that bugs get fixed on time and that communication between professional services team, development and product managers is flowing.

My responsibilities include supporting the product management team. TThis entails taking on the role of a moderator, understanding customer needs through our service team and communicating that with the development team, then it is important to understand what is actually feasible/efficient from a development stand point to come to the best solution.

Managing correspondence, maintaining websites, writing, handling of conference registrations, communicating with Hotels, transport staff about arrivals, departures, rooming, and other conference related needs.
