- Working with PE Managers / Specialists and branch / function leaders to deploy the PE strategy - Working with the PE Leaders to ensure standardization and promotion of the Process Excellence program including training execution associated to BPI, BPM, Innovation and Cultural Change - Ensuring that BPMS is executed within GMF IO consistently - Facilitating project team’s use of data driven tools and methodologies, and for driving for results and monitoring outcomes of each project and initiative

Working closely with the Research Management (RM) & European Research Centres network to be able to upskill teams, bring the European RM teams closer together and advise on a best practices. Providing guidance on exploring training needs, Performance Management & employee development. Governing all Quality supporting material including strategy document, related processes and procedures. Leading internal / external audits and being responsible for monitoring adherence to quality standards.

Lead the go to market product implementation for Research Services, being responsible for establishing the quality strategy for MBE/local unit third party suppliers. Accountable for overseeing the definition of formal processes, workflows, standards, guidelines, templates and training materials to enable the activation of product innovations and current solutions. Responsible for governing all Quality supporting material including strategy document, processes, and procedures.

- Work closely with the global quality team to access local quality standards - Be involved in the development of a quality strategy for Europe. - Provide advisory guidance to local team managers on quality management rules and engagements. - Lead the implementation of quality standards across Europe, providing a clear strategy, training, and procedures. - Work closely with the local management teams to ensure that the quality standards are met within MB and third party suppliers.
