Responsible for the evaluation of renewable energy projects for the Brazilian energy auction (greenfield projects) and M&As (brownfield) using Financial Model considering the Discounted Cash Flow method and Transaction Multiples; Responsible for organization of Due Diligence process (Q&A and Data Room); Interface with internal areas to collect assumptions for Financial Model; Scenarios simulation due to risk mitigation; Responsible for the business intelligence study of renewable energy sector in Brazil

Support in the development of financial models according with IFRS method; Support in the process of contracting loans with development banks (BNDES, BNB and IFC) in the form of Project Finance and Debentures; Responsible for forecasting and updating the budget of the Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow); Responsible for the presentation with updated monthly results for the company’s directors.

Responsible for updating financial data, such as Revenue, Gross Margin, OPEX and EBITDA; Support in planning and budgeting activities; Responsible for developing comparative studies with operational and financial indicators (Benchmarking) with the main players in the Energy Sector.
