Sofinnova Partners is a Venture Capital company that manages € 1,2bn. Mostly it invests in start-ups and early-stage companies between € 500k and € 10mn in a first financing round. Within the Technology team I worked on: * Dealflow screening and partly sourcing of ICT and cleantech companies * Market and competition due diligence * Financial analysis and companies valuation

b-to-v is a network of around 55 Business Angels(BAs) that promotes entrepreneurs at seed- and early-stage. The side-fund with € 30mn co-invests in addition to BAs, mostly in German-speaking countries. In conjunction with the Deal-Flow team: * Examining Business Plans, Teasers * Creating a deal-flow for a private deal conference in Russia and Ukraine * Preparation of a Switzerland-wide applied Term Sheet standard for BAs networks * Structuring of investments (TS, Contracts, and Cap tables)
